Everyone had a great time at Doors Open Winnipeg

By Morgan Turney

Doors Open Winnipeg, presented by Heritage Winnipeg on May 28 and 29, was a resounding success for the Winnipeg Railway Museum again this year, with just over 1300 visitors. The Gateway Western Railway was a popular highlight with volunteers running their trains for the duration of the opening. Thanks goes to Dave Downie for organizing the running schedule.

Graham Leathers directs part of a tour of the museum from a flat car.

Former WMRC President Larry Leavens discusses the size of the birthday present he wants this year with WMRC Treasurer Gary Stempnick while Gary's wife Joanne look on.
